SECTION 5 - ORDER DELIVERY & LIABILITY

• Shipping Address: We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Please ensure your details are accurate at checkout.

• Missing Packages: If a package has not been received, you must inform us within 21 days of the shipping date.

• Damaged Items: Any products missing or damaged must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

In accordance with EU and Maltese Consumer Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

• You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, unused condition.

SECTION 7 - REFUND POLICY

• Standard Returns: Refunds are processed once the returned items are inspected.

• Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons (if applicable to jewelry or beauty products), items that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

• Allergies/Sensitivities: We do not offer refunds for individual allergic reactions. Please review the material/ingredient list provided on the product page before purchasing.

SECTION 8 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
